She specializes, as a Senior Advisor, in the creation and organization of financial institutions and banks in Switzerland, as well as in talent development.

She works in Athens and Zurich, where she helps companies, executives and individuals to achieve better results and develop their potential.

Perry graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland with a BA in Business Administration and an M.A. in Banking and Finance. She is certified as a Personal Performance Coach, Corporate & Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, Goal Mapping Practitioner, and Career Consultant.

She has worked in Germany for leading companies such as Salomon Brothers and Deutsche Bank, where she specialized in Risk Management. In Greece, she worked as a Managing Director for Spectrum AEPEY, an Investment Services Company and then as Freelance Consultant, Coach and Trainer.

During her professional career, she has discovered her passion for Personal Development and her ability to communicate and encourage others. This is why she decided to further specialize in Coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Goal Mapping.
